Pravesh and Aarty Gurung bring their Gorkha heritage, roots in Uttarakhand and experiences travelling through 65 countries to Aama. Meeting people from different cultures inspired an idea: food can bring us together.
Here on Fridhemsgatan, that idea has a home. Our recipes draw on the central Himalayas, bringing momo, jhol and comforting flavours to our Stockholm neighbourhood.
